3. A few intermediate braces were welded into the frame, being careful to avoid areas where the face would be cut out, thus restricting the light from making it’s way through the face evenly.

4. We skinned the structure using sixteen gauge steel sheeting. A plasma cutter made short work of the many long, curved cuts that were required. A MIG welder made spot welding the sheet to the frame a quick process. Hooks were added for hanging the sign.

5. The face of the sign was cut on a CNC plasma cutter. We saved many of the cut out pieces for later use.
